Terms of Use

Permitted use

Visitors may read service information and use the calculators for personal planning. Automated misuse, disruption and unauthorized copying of protected material are prohibited.

Service arrangements

A phone inquiry starts a discussion. The contractor performing any work determines access, scope, schedule and charges under a separate agreement with the property owner. Read that agreement before authorizing work.

Planning figures

Published ranges and calculator results are estimates only. Actual moisture conditions, contamination, material access and repair needs determine a property's scope. Insurance decisions depend on the applicable policy and insurer.

Safety and changes

Emergency services handle immediate threats to life or safety. Service information cannot replace a property inspection. Content and these terms may change as operations or requirements change.
